In the heart of the arid landscapes and the dry plains in Northern Mexico, a majestic tree stands tall; the mesquite, or “the tree of life,” an emblem of resilience and generosity. Every part of this drought-tolerant tree has been revered for its utility and ancestral significance. From its sweetly aromatic flowers is born a honey as unique as the mesquite itself: Túul Kaab’s mesquite honey.
Our bees, guardians of nature’s wisdom, diligently gather nectar from the yellow mesquite blossoms, which begin to bloom with the arrival of spring and continue until the beginning of autumn.
These blooms offer a feast of nectar that is transformed into a honey of exceptional purity and delicacy distinguished by its white or pale yellow color.
